Every child will enjoy a visit to Santa's Grotto this Christmas. Add a Christmas Passport to your booking to meet Santa in his grotto, bake cookies with Mrs Claus and take part in all the festive activities in our Christmas Experience.
Visit our Muddy Duck Cafe for a selection of cakes, traybakes, sandwiches, toasties & hot and cold beverages. Try our full menu of Pub Classics from Burgers to Fish & Chips, Lasagnas, children's meals, and Seasonal Specials including a delicious homemade Sunday Roast at the Coach House Country Pub (Sundays only).

Santa's Grotto Reservation

Please select a time slot for all children who have purchased a Christmas Experience Passport to visit Santa in his Grotto.
A grotto reservation is required for any child who wishes to meet Santa and receive a gift. (please note that grotto visits will include other families and are not exclusive to individual families).
Up to two adult family members may enter the grotto with each child.

Flamingo Land Pass Holders, book your Christmas Passport to meet Santa in his grotto, bake cookies with Mrs Claus and take part in all the festive activities in our Christmas Experience. A valid annual/holiday resort pass must be shown to receive your Christmas Experience Passport, a general admission will need to be purchased if a valid pass is not produced on the day of visit.
